Quesadilla - Homemade

Shredded Chicken (here we used a deboned rotisserie chicken)
Green Salsa
Sour Cream (that is for the hubby, I don’t like sour cream!)

1.                  Place your tortilla in a dry non-stick pan and cover with cheese.

2.                  Let the cheese melt a little then add your chicken

3.                  Add salsa
       4.                  Place more cheese over top of everything

5.                  Then put another tortilla on top and press together till melted.

6.                  Cut in halves or quarters, whatever you prefer!  Add sour cream if desired J
