Re-growing celery from a stalk

After I found out you can grow green onions in water (or by replanting them), I was eager to find out what else you could regrow!  Did you know you can regrow celery from itself! YA! That’s right! You know, that end part you normally just throw away or compost?  It can be used to regrow more celery!  Exciting! I know! I didn’t make a tutorial on this but really, it’s not rocket science:
1-Cut of the stem of your celery

2-Place that end in a bowl of shallow water

3-Change the water once a week (or so, whenever it dries up or looks dirty)

4-Watch your new celery grow!
Easy, right?!
