Taco Seasoning

     6 tsp chili powder
     5 tsp paprika
     4 tsp cumin
     3 tsp onion powder
     2 tsp garlic powder
     1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

     Combine all ingriednets in a container, mix well, and store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. 
     7 tsp = 1 store bought package.

To add to meat: 
     1.  Brown 1lb ground beef (pork, chicken, or meat of choice), with onion and minced garlic (optional)
     2.  Drain fat (if any) and add 7 tsp of taco seasoning with 1/2 Cup water.
     3.  Simmer till most of the water is evaporated (about 10 minutes)
