Cheese Sauce

    
Ingredients:
     2 Tbsp butter
     2 Tbsp flour
     1 Cup 1% milk, warmed
     1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
     Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, whisk into the melted butter until a thick paste forms. Slowly pour warm milk, stirring constantly. When sauce begins to bubble and has thickened, add cheese and stir until melted.

**Add this cheese sauce to anything / everything with any flavorings you desire! This is just the base, you can add:


Minced Garlic
Nutmeg
Cumin
White Pepper
Tabasco
any herb(s)
the choices are unlimited!
